About Bhulekh – UP Land Records System
Bhulekh is the online Land Record system for the state of Uttar Pradesh (UP), being implemented under National Land Records Modernization Programme (NLRMP). Bhulekh UP Land Records system is developed by National Informatics Centre (NIC) in association with Rajaswa Vibhag (Revenue Department) of Uttar Pradesh, to provide UP Land Records (Khasra-khatauni, jamabandi nakal, fard etc.) online at bhulekh.up.nic.in.

Khasra-Khatauni details for some tehsils and villages are not available online yet. Digitization of land records for locations, which are not yet covered, is under process.

How to get Bhulekh UP Land Records online?

1. Open official website of Bhulekh UP Land Records – http://bhulekh.up.nic.in.
2. On the home page, select District Name (जिले का नाम चयन करें) for eg. Let’s select Agra (आगरा)
3. Select Tehsil Name (तहसील का नाम चयन करें) for eg. Fatehabad (फतेहाबाद)
4. Select Village Name (ग्राम का नाम चयन करें). You can click on first letter of the Village Name (ग्राम का पहला अक्षर) to narrow down choices or straightway select your village. for eg. Alampur (आलमपुर) Village is selected.
5. Hit Next (आगे)
6. Search Land Records by Khasra No. (Survey No.)/ खसरा संख्या द्वारा, Khata No. (Holding No.)/ खाता संख्या द्वारा or by Land Holder’s Name/ नाम द्वारा. Select appropriate option.
7. Depending on the option selected in Step 5, enter Khasra No. (खसरा संख्या), Khata No. (खाता संख्या) or Name (नाम) using virtual keyboard.
8. Hit Search (खोजें / उध्दरण देखें) to generate Land Record report (खाता विवरण).
9. Save your Land Record (Khata – Khatauni) details.

- To raise farm credit / loan from Bank.
- For opening in Bank Account.
- For checking Mutation status.
- Required in case of litigation or other legal purposes.
